Is the word "thought" a countable or an uncountable noun?

Should I use a singular verb or plural verb after the word "thought"?

Example:

His thoughts is funny.

or

His thoughts are funny.

Thanks.

Thought as noun is described to be countable in Oxford online dictionary.

In that case your sentence should be :

His thoughts are funny.
