Punctuation
This is my conclusion sentence- Can someone give me some tips?
See example:
There are not any goals I would change, including my July goal of weight training, because I know that at any time I can add a strategy to help me achieve better success and establish stronger rewards if necessary.

I would do:
There are not any goals I would change, including my July goal of weight training. I know that at any time, I can add a strategy to help me achieve better success and establish stronger rewards if necessary.
I would say that, because punctuation is largely a reflection of pauses and pitch changes in speech, to say the sentence out loud, and put the commas in where you pause. If the insertion or deletion of a comma changes the meaning of a sentence, and that's not what you mean, don't change it. If it changes the flow, think about how you want the sentence to flow. I hope that helps.
