What do I do here?

See example:

In PH, increased limits in the PVR limit right ventricle stroke volume and the volume available for the left ventricle filling.

I don't know, what do you want to do?

I am going to assume that the acronyms are defined elsewhere in your piece (not knowing what they mean makes it difficult to offer alternatives).

You use limit/limits twice in close proximity. Find a suitable synonym for one -- that will help enliven the sentence and make it easier to understand.

It is often difficult when writing about scientific or technical subjects to avoid long strings of nouns or adjective-nouns. If possible, find another way of saying "right ventricle stroke volume." If you can't, perheps break the sentence into two -- with the left ventricle being discussed in a separate sentence. Sometimes, longer complex or compound sentence are less clear.
