Mr. Bean and I attended the meeting is correct.

 

 "me" is an objective pronoun which comes after a helping verb. "Myself" is a reflexive pronoun.  It cannot be used as a subject.

Simple way to figure out the correct answer or this if you don't know the grammatical rules.Take out the Mr. bean and read sentence withoutIt. I attended the meeting is the only one that SOUNDS correct.Explanation in previous answer is a good one grammatically.
