The APA style for bibliography entries is:

Koerner, J. L. (1997). The moment of self-portraiture in german renaissance art. Chicago: University of Chicago Press

All APA citations should use hanging indents (which cannot be duplicated here). That is, the first line of an entry should be flush left, and the second and subsequent lines should be indented 1/2".

For comparison, the Chicago style for the same bibliography entry is:

Koerner, Joseph Leo. The Moment of Self-Portraiture in German Renaissance Art. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1997

The Chicago style also uses hanging indents. According to Turabian, the second and subsequent lines are indented the same distance as the standard paragraph indent. However, Turabian/Chicago does not specify a paragraph indent dimension to be followed.

The MLA style is:

Koerner, Joseph Leo. The Moment of Self-Portraiture in German Renaissance Art. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1997. Print.

The MLA style requires hanging indents identical to the APA style.
