I agree with Tolley and favor the first example: No words of condolence console my heart.

Console and consolation mean the same.No words of sympathy can console my heart sounds better and means what you intend.

The biggest problem is the word "is."  If you mean the present tense, omit the "is" and add an "s" to console.  It may sound better if word is made plural and the correct verb for that is used.  If you mean it in the hypothetical, then change "is" to "can."
