Der colleagues! Can I say "my native city"?

I think that "my native city" is somehow unusual. we also have "my native country" too that is more better but both of them are possible in colloquial.

Thank you so much, Hadi and Tolley! I couldnd't find the answer in dictionaries and I only saw "my native town" or "home town"  no matter how big the place is. I thought it could be a kind of fixed phrase. Thank you!
