Capitalize the first letter of the first word as Sanjay shows. "Poor" requires a definate article "the poor". "Capitalism" is not a proper noun and should not be capitalized. "Economically" can be left as is or deleted (my preference).

When we refer to the terms "rich" and "poor", it is clear we are discussing the economic matter, so it would be better to delete "economically", but if we want to add any other option like socially,etc., it can go with it.
