Capitalize the first letter of the first word as Sanjay shows. "Poor" requires a definate article "the poor". "Capitalism" is not a proper noun and should not be capitalized. "Economically" can be left as is or deleted (my preference).
"The rich should not exploit the poor in the name of capitalism."
