SOLACE is an acronym, but grammarly is picking up as a misspelled word

You can ignore Grammarly when it suggests that a name is misspelled if you are sure you have it right. No software will have an exhasutive list of names in it. Your friends could call you Nic for short, and Grammarly would flag that.
Your sentence is full of redundancy. An informational meeting should certainly inform, but you don't need to say it twice. Also, you are mentioning twice that you are talking about SOLACE and Ohio.
On April 26, 2012, the SOLACE Ohio Network held an informational meeting for participants about the expansion of its support groups throughout the state.
