Manifestable is a word, but one which I've never heard used.

His guilt was manifestable because of the strong evidence.Your unconscious desires are manifestable under the therapist's tutelage.

"Manifestable" sounds very clunky. Many other words would be better choices. For example:

His guilt was apparent because of the strong evidence.
Your unconscious desires may be accessed under the therapist's tutelage.

Many people add suffixes to the ends of words to convert nouns or verbs into verbs or adjectives, but usually the sentence sounds much better if reworded entirely. For example:

Weather-wise, it has been a gorgeous day today. --> Today the weather has been gorgeous.
This box will be shippable by tomorrow. --> This box will be ready to ship tomorrow.
We incentivise our staff with cash bonuses. --> We offer cash incentives to our staff.

While the first sentence on each line is technically correct, the second sentence sounds much more natural and less stilted or awkward.
