I used to
The use of "used to" does that require the ing form: I used to go or I used to going?

"Used to" is used in two different cases:
Auxilliary verb: I used to go.
Here it is followed by a bare infinitive.
Adjective/Idiom: meaning: accustomed, habitual
I am used to getting up early.
In the question asked it is used as auxilliary verb so it will take infinitive.
I used to go.

You would use that with the simple form. It makes no sense to use a past tense form with a progressive present form.

"Used to" is an auxiliary verb. An infinitive should be used just after an auxiliary verb. So the correct word is "go".
