- Customers direction as we know most of people in this days they must personal technology device such as laptop, iPod and mobile phone \, so they need to obtain secure their email accordingly, they looking for the area has this service.
- Customers trend as we know most of people in these time they have own technology device such as laptop, iPod and mobile phone \\, so they need to access easy their email therefore, they looking for the area has this service.
The sentences seem to be scrambled. It is a style similar to that used by spam generating software. But I will try to decipher this.
I think "trend" or "direction" and "these days" is redundant. A trend is how something is currently being done.
Now, you changed the meaning in some of your changes. Easy access and secure access are 2 different things. Secure access relates to safety, while easy means it is convenient or ready to use. Secure access often means something is more difficult to use (less "user friendly"). Of course "secure" can be used as a verb to mean "to obtain," most people think of safety when they hear that word used with technology. I will assume you mean to get the email rather than email safety.
It might be easier to understand if you said it more like this, though I am unsure if I am saying what you want to say:
Since people these days tend to own personal technology devices such as laptops, iPods, and cell phones, they need places where they can access their email.
Since people these days tend to own personal technology devices such as laptops, iPods, and cell phones, they need good signal coverage so they can access their email.
