"Do not take any medicine that should not be taken with Tylenol."

"Do not take any medicine that should not be taken with Tylenol."

Someone says a sentence without 'that' in the sentence is grammatically correct like "Do not take any medicine should not be taken with Tylenol."

But I think that only the first sentence is correct and the second is not correct. Do you agree that 'that' is optional in the sentence and both mean the same?

What do you experts think? Thank you so much in advance.

No, you can't remove "that" from this sentence.
