How did you know it? VS. How do you know it?

A : I know your name.
B : How did you know it? VS. How do you know it?

Which answer is natural to native English speakers and could you tell me any nuance between them?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

The original statement is in the present tense, 'I know...'  The logical response would also be in the present tense, 'How do you know it?'
