hello there, i want to ask :
actually, i have to check the grammatical rules and grammatical errors in these lyrics: Perfect Pixie Lott
As long as I breathe, I'm breathing for you
As long as I see, I'm looking for you
You don't even know, how much you deserve it
You make it worth it
You make it all perfect
i am confused. is it the sentences of "As long as i breathe, i'm breathing for you" and "As long as i see, i'm looking for you" are true? the sentence of "As long as i breathe, i'm breathing for you" also can be "As long as i breathe, i will breathe for you" right? can you help me what the grammatical rules and grammatical errors that have in these lyrics?
Poetry doesn't always follow strict rules of grammar. It is acceptable to bend the rules to maintain the meter or rhyming scheme of the piece, or to convey a feeling.
The only grammatical error I see in these lines is the comma in the third. All of these lines should end in periods. In your question, you haven't bothered to capitalize the word 'I' or many of the first letters in the sentences. I recommend your doing this even if the text is informal. The more you write correctly, the more correct your writing will be.
You don't even know how much you deserve it
