You need a comma after your introductory phrase.  Result is a word that doesn't quite fit for me when you are talking about riskRisk means that the future result is unknown.  You need to find a way to avoid the repetition of the work risk.  I am not sure I understand the context of your sentence (what does geometrical miss mean?), so my suggestion might hange your meaning.


If no action is taken, certain organs will have a significant risk of geometrical miss or overdose.
