Dear Sir,

Sub: - Action required again the management of Sumuka Pvt ltd,
Bangalore for non-return of my sons educational certificates.

My son Sri Vinod Kumar was appointed as Senior Account Manager in the Sumuka Pvt Ltd.,

In addition to unreasonable and inhumane working situations and conditions, my son decided to leave the services of this organization. He resigned from this company with effect from 31.03.2008. The Managing Director of the company refused to settle my sons’ pending salary and other dues, which amounted to Rs. 25,000/-. Also, the company has refused to return my sons educational and qualification certificates, despite many efforts.

My son is therefore unable to get a job because his certificates have not been returned. He has been jobless since the date he resigned. The future of his career is bleak as he has already lost a year without any employment. In addition, there is no possibility of his securing another job until he gets these documents back from the company.

I had filed a detailed report against the activities of this company to the Police Commissioner, Bangalore.  He in turn directed this to the Banashankari police station to take suitable action. I have visited the Police station many times and tried in vain to solicit their help in this matter, but they asked me to approach the court in this regard.

This is to request you to kindly look into the matter and do whatever is necessary at the earliest. Thanking you for your cooperation.

Yours faithfully,
