You need a comma after regularly. 'Succeeded in controlling...'
1.He takes the prescribed medicine regularly, and that is how he has succeeded in controlling his ailment.
'Ourselves' is the correct word. 'Ourself' is rarely used and is considered archaic.
2.We should take regular exercises to keep ourselves fit and active.
I think 'sport' should be 'spot'.
3.Each time you reach this spot, go back and start your next round again.
