The faulty parallelism is because you have two different tenses in the compound verb, provide and taught. Change 'taught' to 'teach' or 'provide' to 'provided'.

Teachers provide useful and interesting lessons and teach in a fun and relaxed way.

Teachers provided useful and interesting lessons and taught in a fun and relaxed way.
