This sentence is highlighting and I'm not sure why.

See example:

Nursing programs will be encouraged to use more electronic interactive devices to keep students engaged during lecture.

When the software sees a comparitive adjective, it tries to find what is being compared and highlights if it can't find it.  Your sentence doesn't have or need this, so just ignore it in this case.
