whoe can i use adjectives and adverbs ?
The water was of 300 meters depth. I tremble in fear, but my friend had encouraged me. I felt suffocated , and I hope that if I do not do this activity, and I was thinking what if the shark comes and bites me now, or the gas pipeline completed finished, but the scenes were wonderful, for the first time I see coral and small fish.

There are just too many things here for this forum to address.
Ask again, perhaps one sentence at a time. Also, please do a little research on the nature of adverbs and adjectives first. That will help you both with your writing and with your question.
