Again, I do not understand your question (technically you did not ask one). No, this is not Passive Voice, it is Present Tense - Active Voice.

 

Are you trying to put it into Passive Voice? If so, Lewis posted your answer.

 

Alternate version using Active Voice: "Every Sunday she bakes a cake" (Present Tense) or "Every Sunday she baked a cake" (Past Tense)

 

Alternate version using Passive Voice: "Every Sunday a cake was baked by her" (Past Tense) or "Every Sunday a cake is baked by her" (Present Tense)

Technically speaking, if it's to be changed to passive, the tense should remain the same:

A cake is baked by her every Sunday.
