Is it correct to use the indefinite article "an" before "airlines" ?

See example:

We are looking for a long term relationship with an airlines who can support all our travel needs.

'An' is an article used with a singular noun, so it would only work with 'airline'.   'Who' is used in refering to people; 'that' would be used to refer to a company.

We are looking for a long term relationship with an airline that can support all our travel needs.
