I cannot see what is wrong with this sentence

0

Any suggestions?

See example:

Polly has been most knowledgeable, and encouraging, in helping Jacq to resolve a long standing matter involving money incorrectly charged to her credit card several years ago.
I have tried to rewrite this about four times and  no matter what I try Grammerly gives me "Review this sentence for verb form use" I am stumped!

Long-standing needs a hyphen.  Though that is not a verb, perhaps it is throwing the software off, looking for a different pattern of words.

Try this:

Polly has been most knowledgeable and encouraging, helping Jacq resolve a long-standing matter involving an incorrect charge to her credit card several years ago.

I'm new to this site and I've never used Grammarly, so I could be wrong.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with this sentence (and I'm a native speaker of English).
