"Cheerleader Auditions" or "Cheerleaders Auditions"

I'm fairly certain it is the first, but I'm not sure why.  They are each an individual cheerleader but are auditioning to be a group of cheerleaders.

Hi,

It would be 'Cheerleader Auditions', as you suspected.

Cheers!
