I want to be an albatross.  It is because my dream is to be a pilot and my desire is to fly freely in the sky.  If I have the long wings like an albatross, I can glide through the air for many hours.

You need a comma after pilot.

You do not need the before long wings.

The last sentence needs to use the second conditional.  This is when you are writing in the present tense, but the condition is impossible.  You currently want to be a pilot, but the condition of being an albatross is impossible.  In the second conditional, you use the past tense.

If I had long wings like an albatross, I could glide through the air for many hours.
