I haven't came across that? Or is it "haven't come across"?
Sanjay is correct, and here is why.
Both the present and past perfect tenses (this is present perfect) use 'have' or 'had' plus the past participle. To come is irregular and 'come' is the past participle.
I haven't come across that. Present perfect.
I hadn't come across that. Past perfect.
