Should I say "I have machinery" or "I have a machinery"?

'Machinery' is non countable noun and can refer to one or to many machines. You would not use an article with the word.

I have machinery.

 

'Machine' is different and can be plural.

I have many machines.

I have a machine.

I have machines.
