passive voice usage
Need assistance with revising sentence from a passive voice "The official meeting invite will be sent from the DGMO office as we get closer t each date."
The official meeting invite will be sent from the DGMO office as we get closer to each date.
While passive voice is grammatically correct, the preferred structure is active voice. 'Invite' should be 'invitation'. Since you use 'each date', I'm assuming there is more than one meeting planned, so I used 'invitations'.
The DGMO office will send the official meeting invitations as we get closer to each date.
