"How true do you think this is?" or "How true do you think is this?"

 

*and also, can somebody give an explanation why is such correct?

I don't know how true this is.  

I don't know how true you think this is. (positive sentence)

When it comes to information question, question word should be written before an interrogative sentence.  Therefore

How true do you think this is?
