subject and predicate in sentences with dependent clause

In the sentence

 

She has a lamp which is made of glass.

 

would "has a lamp which is made of glass" all be considered the predicate?

The complete predicate consists of a verb and all the words that modify the verb and complete its meaning. This would include the objects.
