You could use it this way if you phrased it as an interruptor/parenthetical expression:
"Which, in your opinion, is the most obedient beauty among the sisters?"
By the way, if I am interpreting this correclty, it is a terribly misogynistic thing to say.
I hope that my construction does not translate the intent.
