'Larva' is singular. The plural is 'larvae' or 'larvas', 'larvae' being the preferred form.  Use the plural form in your sentence, just as you would say 'The goldfish eat mosquitos.'

The goldfish eat mosquito larvae.

If we are going to use plural verb "eat" with plural construction "goldfish", then please do not say "the goldfish eat"; just say "Goldfish eat..." /gnashes teeth over irregular nouns.
