Although, I prepared the presentation, it results unacceptable to my expectations; during the speech, I made long pauses and a few gestures caused by nervousness that betrayed my memory.
There are a few errors in this sentence. The comma after 'although' is incorrect. 'It' should be 'its', and 'were' should follow 'results'. The semicolon is correct, but I think this would work better as two sentences. I would change the verbs in the second sentence. 'That betrayed my memory' doesn't make sense. I would change this part as shown.
