AVOID WORDS WHICH ARE NOT NEEDED IN THE EVERY DAY ENGLISH.

Self-awareness enables us to stand apart and examine ourselves-our self-paradigm, the most fundamental paradigm of effectiveness''  MEANS NOTHING.
