Missing final punctuation
I have a problem with missing final punctuation in the following example: “Of activities designed in an outcome oriented process that promotes movement from”
Seriously, is this where quotation marks are placed?

No, this is not where quotation marks are placed. The program automatically does that because that is the part highlighted. I can't give you suggestions on how to fix this example without the full sentence.
