Of mice and Men

What do you see wrong?

See example:

In the story Of Mice and Men, Lenny strangles curly's wife, 'cause curly's wife was yelling, and lenny got frightened that he could not tend the rabbits, so he killed curly's wife, but he did not know it till, later when she goes limp, and he sets her down.

Here is a mark-up showing what Lewis means about word choice, capitalization, and run-on sentences.

"In the story Of Mice and Men, Lenny strangles Curly’s wife, because Curly’s wife was yelling. Lenny became frightened that he could not tend the rabbits, so he killed Curly's wife. However,  he did not know it until till later when she goes limp, and he sets her down."

If this is a book report, it needs to do more than recount the plot. It should answer "why was Curly's wife screaming?" Why did Lenny strangle Curly's wife? Hint, it was not because he was afraid that he could not tend the rabbits.

Please reread the story.
