Omission of 'to'

Is this sentence correct?

 

The course teaches students how to put theories into practice, conduct research, and write a thesis

 

OR

 

The course teaches students how to put theories into practice, to conduct research, and to write a thesis

The first 'to' will carry over onto the other infinitive forms. Both versions are correct, but the single 'to' reads better and is more common than multiple uses.  Don't forget to put the ending punctuation on your sentences.

 

 The course teaches students how to put theories into practice, conduct research, and write a thesis.
