You have punctuated this as a compound sentence, but the first part doesn't have a predicate. 'To meeting' should be 'to meet'.

No comma is needed because this is a compound predicate with a single subject.

 

I am available to attend the interview at any time and would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you to discuss my application.

                                             OR

 

Please let me know as soon as possible when we can meet for an interview and discuss in detail how my skills can benefit you. I look forward to your response.
