There are many ways any sentence could be rewritten. I have no idea what "this" is that you refer to in your question. I can see two issues with the sentence. There should only be a comma after SSA. Delete the space and single parenthesis. "Allow" implies that there is some choice in the matter. SSA takes all choice out of the matter, so "allow" isn't a great word choice.
