Any company whose employees  are in constant fear of losing their jobs  is stifling the creativity of  its worldorce.

Can anyone explain above sentence? I don't understand it much for sure.

Many thanks

What you have written as 'worldorce' should probably be 'workforce'.

This sentence implies that in a company where the employees feel they may be let go at any time, these employees will not perform to their best capabilities.
