Subject/Verb: Grammarly says this should be "are", not is. If life OK or should this be "lives?"

'Is' is correct. 'Providence' is the singular subject. It should be 'our lives'. Remove the comma after 'work'.

 

 All the while, God’s providence is at work bringing about His will for our lives and His glory.
