Which one is correct?

2. I and Kelly will go out for dinner this Friday.

He invited me for dinner. This is quite ambiguous. We won't know where the dinner is.He invited me out to/to dinner suggests that the dinner is at a restaurant.He invited me over/to for dinner implies that the dinner is at home.

Both are grammatically incorrect sentences. 

Kelly and I will go out for dinner this Friday.

Kelly will go..... / I will go.......

This is combination of two sentences.  Therefore, Kelly and I will go.......
