I think that you mean to say that repayment of the debt will be deferred to (not for) a point in time when you have more money.  The debt has already accrued.  It exists whether you pay it back now or later.  Perhaps interest will be deferred if the account is frozen.  Using "would be" instead of "will be" indicates that this is a proposal, as if you are trying to convince someone of the benefits of the repayment plan.  If you are describing something that is actually going to happen, then take the guessing out of it and change that to "will be."  Repayment of the accrued debt will be deferred to a later date when we can afford the payments.
