Spelling
Keep picking up Wikipedia as wrong spelling but gives the same word Wikipedia as correct spelling and when I select the correct spelling and run review changes - I still get the same error.
See example:
Wikipedia - the Free Encyclopedia, defined truth as, "Truth has a variety of meanings, such as the state of being in accord with fact or reality.

This is definitely a software error. Try updating your MS Office/LibreOffice.
