Are both of the following sentence correct:   1. The team's players all credit their coach IN keeping them TO succeed.   2. The team's players all credit their coach FOR keeping them succeed

No and no. 'For' and 'to' are correct, but 'keeping' is the wrong word.  You may be thinking of 'teaching', which would make the sentence make sense.

 

The team's players all credit their coach for teaching them to succeed.
