Which one is correct?

2 Jars of Glitters


If 2 Jars of Glitter is correct, then when do you use "glitters"?

'Glitter' is an uncountable noun, and you would not use it in the plural form.  The only time you would use 'glitters' is as a verb. All that glitters is not gold.
