should commas separate all repeated words

Would a comma be used to separate her, her?  The man had intimidated her her entire life. The man had intimidated her, her entire life.

No, but it is very awkward to use the same word twice in a row.  How about adding a word between them?  For example: "intimidated her throughout her entire life."
