Resume: The sentence below is the first starting sentence on my Profile Summary. Grammar check wants me to put "a" in front of deadline. It doesn't seem right.

"Innovative and collabrative professional with over 8 years of experience who thrives simultaneously managing many projects in deadline driven environments."

See example:

Innovative and collaborative professional with over 8 years of experience who thrives simultaneously managing many projects in deadline driven environments.

'Deadline' is usually used as a noun which would use the 'a', but you have used in as a compound adjective modifying 'environments'. Try writing it as 'deadline-driven'.

Hey, you paint a good picture with that sentence! Just a note in addition to the suggestion Lewis made: resumes aren't necessarily grammatically correct. There are a lot of parts that have incomplete sentences. Good luck with your job search. I'm in the same boat and had to write a resume. The last time I did that was 1984! Ugh.

Good luck to you, too, Patty. If I were in that boat, I'd let the sucker sink.

That's what it feels like most days. This is new territory for me!

Thanks everyone for you help. I am very creative. A fine artist who crossed over into the graphic world years ago to make a living. (Now out of work) I can paint and draw anything but when it comes to writing, math etc. I think my parents dropped me on that part of my head.
