The software likely flags "better" because you haven't included what it is better than. I don't use the software, but from other similar questions posted, I think the program is just making a suggestion to check for an incomplete comparison. In this case, the reader can understand in context what the comparison is. A computer program doesn't understand context. I would change with to in before any subject.
